Integra tire rubbing passenger side

My teg is stock I drive a 94 ls its in really nice condition has only 160k on it , It has just recently started making a rubbing noise on the passenger side only when i turn left , or even hit a small bump in the road... I am wondering if this is just the shock.. there is no grinding noises its more of a rubbing and the tire is defiantly rubbing... they are brand new winter tires also. I plan to put my all season back on this weekend, and plan to replace the front shocks ... before it gets any worse and I hope that is the problem, just would like a second opinion. I am more of a tech guy.

No it's not the plastic bent.. or poped out , it only does it when i turn left its like a grinding rubbing sound and I can smell a bit burning rubber after I finish driving , I touch the tire its not to hot.

do it yourself. youll pay a lot to have it done. i got two axles for 100 bucks and put em in in two hours...that includes pauses to drink beer.

the hardest part for us was popping the axle out of the tranny...it can be a bitch even with a pry bar
