intercooler

so this thought just came to my head. say you set your car up to have an intercooler on the way to your intake manifold (no turbo) would this give a hp gain or would it just add to much air to your car and give you a lean mixture?

you wouldn't gain anything by installing that, i imagine it would starve the motor if anything

heres what you can do with an intercooler, no recomended, only when set up wit turbo....take like 6 cans of computer keep board spray air cleaner, rig them all together, and rig them to all spray at the same time, slap them fuckers to the front of the intercooler, then floor it, likem instant nos, w.o nos set up, only last for about 5 mins, that cold air into the cooler makes even a shity turbo set fly,....but no recomended....

intecoolers for turbo only, dont use them for ne thing else bro..your waisting time and money, when you replace something, for a bone head move...

More then likely, you would be losing power as you would be adding restriction to your intake stream. And because of this, your pumping losses are exaggerated exponentially. Keep the intercoolers to force induction purposes.
