I dropped the ZC in my 1st gen, it was a great engine, with a 2.25" cat back exhaust I could run it out to 5k-5.5k before shifting and was still getting 29 mpg, and even though it was only around 20 horses up on the D the power difference was noticeable and fun.

the swap is easy, nothing needs to be changed out, i only bought the short block and used everything else from the D.
