they will work, but where the header meets the cat is different, so you will need to take out pipe or add on.

It will bolt on the head the same and both have similar deck heights, so there would be no issue there. You may have to go down to the muffler shop afterwards for either lengthening or shortening of exhaust componets.

You're going to run into a problem with the attaching flange that bolts the exhaust manifold to the mounting bracket...
Take a look... ![]() See the piece that sticks out on the right. Different years have slight adjustments in those mounting brackets.. Depending on the application you may need to weld in or create a new bracket. I know between 90-91 and 92-93 Integras they don't fit exsactly.

the 94-99 C1 has the bolts welded to the bracket on the manifold while the 99-01 C1/ 96-01 C5 has the bolts welded to the bracket coming off of the engine, as well as having a longer secondary.
