Exclamation my car began boggging down, now it wont start

my 1999 integra was running great, then one morning i started it, and it began to bog down and i could not gain any rpms above 2k, i finally got it home and now it wont start at all. at first i thought it was the cat converter but i removed the o2 sensor that is in line before the cat, still nothing, it acts like it wants to start, and i also checked the fuel filter, and the fuel rail is getting fuel. if anyone else has had this problem or knows anywhere i can start as a base for some troubleshooting please help.

FYI it has 98,000 miles and fuel service was done at 95,000 miles...
thanks in advance for all of your help

Did you do anything under the hood yourself...ie-steam clean, powerwash, or hose down your engine lately? If so, I'd remove/inspect each plug/boot..they all could be shorting out to the block thru water left at your cylinder heads/spark plugs.

nah didnt do any of that, i just bought the car about a week and a half ago, so far today ive eliminated the dizzy, the fuel pump and filter, the cat converter... i took the plugs out and they have spark so im pretty sure its not that. i read earlier in a diff thread that i could take a hose off and spray some starter fluid and see if it runs for a bit but i dont have any at my disposal at the moment so it will have to be tomorrow. have you or anyone heard of the timing getting offset during normal driving? either timing are the only other 2 things i can think of =/

AND the major thing thats throwin me off is that the CEL isnt on, there are aftermarket dash lights so the CEL could be burned out but due to it not starting i havent been able to take it to be checked for codes... im at a loss for resolutions
