Need Help with trans on 97 teg - Acura Forum

If anyone can give me a few pointers on removing a transmission on a 1997 Acura Integra LS 5spd. I have all the bolts removed from the bellhousing going to the engine block. I have all the trans mounts unbolted. But the trans will not break away from the engine. I was wondering if there were any hidden bolts that you really have to look for.

when i took mine off i dont remember any hidden bolts... just keep looking

thanks, the damn thing was just stuck on there. i had to use a 16lb sledge to break it loose.

do I have to get MTF for the trans or will 80 90 gear oil work?
