opinions on blacked out tail lights on black GSR...
Hey everyone-
i was sitting at work today, doing basically nothing, and i started to think about what needs and could be done to my teg. I was thinking about blacking out my tail lights AND possibley the corner lights (if possible) on my 2000 black GSR. however, i am looking to get a little feed back on what people think about this. Good or bad? Also, i am looking to buy some gunmetal rims, and i was thinking it might be cool if i painted my hood gunmetal aswell to tie the rims into the car. what are your feelings on that? thanks for the input. -Genny

blacked out or smoked? I think smoked would look cleaner

anyone else on the forums with smoked tails? my buddy of mine wants to do that too, but would like to see how it turns out first...

smoked tails + corners + rims =
 hood = :thumbdow: instead of painting your hood, you should get a cf hood  if you have any pics of your car i might be able to photoshop everything for ya

hey if you were lookin for blacked out lights.. i have some on my car.. in my opinion i dont like them as much because it does not give off enough light at night to back up.. but came with the car when i bought it...
Gun Metal Rims look nice.. gonna go for rotas for me though    In my opinion i like the hood in the same color as rest of body.. just looks cleaner to me...  |

I have lightly smoked tails and corners with gunmetal rims, I love em. Not so much on the hood though.
