yea find a junker, and get a metal cutter, cut that sucker out, then weld back... but depending on the weld, depends the strength, the only time time, your gonna need the strenght is if you have more front end damage=accident... good luck.....2500, i would try to find a new shell, and put your motor in it....or just peice it back together part by part...but for real... prob time to part it out..and get somethign else...:O(

that whole part is bolted on so no need for cutting or welding. i went on ebay to see what the part was and i think it's called a radiator support bar. thats what hold the fender, bumper (left & right) and the radiator together. here's a picture of it.

thats the rad support (rad=radiator)

I've never replaced one on an Acura. But on Vw's it's a piece of cake.
you can probably get one at a junk yard or like the one in the pic above for a reasonable price. it's definitely not a rare part.

if acura is anything similar to VW. Then the bumper mounts to front of the rad support and the radiator on the back and the rad support itself bolts to the frame. a new bumper and rad will have a nice fit as long as the frame isn't bent.

That would be the rad support. For the most part, its bolted in. At the bottom, there may be some pinch welds that must be drilled out before removal and then re-welded upon installation.
