So my car keeps throwing a CEL for running rich, aparrently the ECU is running 16% rich, my mechanic thinks it's been chipped, but I didn't do it and it was supposed to be a "virgin" ITR ECU. Should I pull the ECU and have it checked? have the car tuned? or he he, buy parts to add more air?
