better yet here's the link to team integra on this install..... If you have any more questions that this "how to" doesn't cover I'd be happy to help you. Something you might wanna think aobut that isn't metioned in the tools is a rubber mallet (to persuade that 17mm bolt out of the bottom assembly when pressure on the brake rotors and shimmyin' isn't cuttin' it). Also some lubrication like brake cleaner or something wouldn't be a bad thing to have on hand.

My coilovers came today...is it common to replace the shocks as well? They are the original shocks for the car...
How can I tell if the shocks are going or getting worn?

I think you want some shocks too. Im sort of a newb, but I heard that if you dont have aftermarket shocks the coilovers will quickly kill the stock ones.
Kewl purchase, will you post up pics of the install? Let us know how you like them!

the only shocks ill ever recommend are konis, if you dont upgrade your shocks and put those springs on your car its going to ride like shit

you will inevitably have to replace your shocks as they aren't designed to withstand such a stiff ride..... now when they are to go out is unpredictable... could be a couple days or years you don't really know.
