What i did when i put tweeters in. I got a 1" core drill (for 1" tweeter) and drilled out the area i was installing it into. Then i got a piece of metel and drilled holes into it for mounting of the tweeter to the metal then i bent the metel on the ends into towards the interrior panel on the backside and then worked really well for me.

In the doors right about of the handles on that strip of blank panel. towards the front of the door. It looked really good and worked really well.

Its not an integra, or at least not a third gen. But this is approximately where they go in an integra from the factory.
