Strange shifting problem - Acura Forum

My car will not shift into gear when turned on. Its not a problem when the car is off. Push clutch in and shift into any gear. But when the car is on it will not let me shift into any gear.

The only thing I can do to move the car is shift into a gear when the car is off and then turn it on. Then I barely have to let the clutch pedal go at all in order for it to start moving.

Any ideas here??? Transmission and engine are in good condition... so is the clutch. Problem started today. Yesterday felt like the clutch pedal was a little funky. Has not been abused and there have been no grinds at all ever since I had the car.

clutch stays disengaged.....sorta
