Timing belt time.

So I got my gov kicker and its time to change my timing belt and I found this on ebay.

eBay Motors: Timing Belt Acura Integra GSR 94 95 96 97 98 99 00 01 (item 140228976030 end time May-29-08 17:09:01 PDT)

Any concerns about this? I have a 95 gsr.

Could just be me, but when it comes to stuff like timing belts, water pumps and the like, I keep it OEM or better. Basically, if I can't afford a Toda timing belt or something with a solid reputation then I'll be going to Honda/Acura for my belt. Same thing for all those other parts. Its not worth me risking my engine down the road to save 30 or 40 bucks now. Just my 0.02 though.

100% agreed with my man coldfire here.

I've done a few tB/wp jobs on several cars and oem is the only way to go. If a knock of starter doesn't work properly, your car won't start. However with these key components... it's just better to get oem quality.

My experience:

v6 accord, car quest water pump crapped out 1 year later.

97 gsr, autozone TB: could not get the timing marks to line up and the tension correctly. Bought an oem belt and was perfect the first time around.

check out this site: https://www.acuraoemparts.com/delray/jsp/shopper2.jsp

Oem TB: $60 bucks.
