Turbo site question - Acura Forum

I found this site (http://xs-power.com/turboac/index.html) that sells turbo kits for real cheap and I wanted to know if this was a reliable site and that i won't get ripped off in some way, or anyones opinion would be good too. thanks.

Xs-power // SSAC are all turbo kits to stay away from unless you want to short term gains.

yea i just did some more searching on them and found that they're pretty bad. what's yalls look on www.turbounlimited.com 's turbo kits?

I wasn't able to find the Integra specific kit listing price but the generally price for a kit i saw was $3,400 or so.

I can only assume that you have not turboed a car yet. If you have, you would know these kits are insanely overpriced and their are cheaper ways of doing this (especially for Honda) by piecing the turbo parts individually.

i've never turbo charged a car before. i just wanted to make sure i got a good reliable turbo by not going real cheap like the XSpower kits for example.

With that being said, read those websites i just gave you and don't put a cent into Turbo until you no longer have to ask which kits are good and bad.

Just like a fight, you train and train before the showdown as the contest is won weeks before the night of the fight.

If you buy a turbo kit in the next 3 months, you will regret it.

/agree on homemadeturbo.com cant go wrong with that site. yea the parts may be used or new. but its 1/2 the price you pay for shinny crap from a namebrand. And most of them have been there done that to alot of cars/trucks/go karts/lawnmowers/ boats
