Since these discs *just* got released, if you are in the market for a new '07 RDX or MDX make sure you negotiate into the deal a new navi disc paid for by the dealer. Chances are those vehicles shipped with last year's navi disc (just pop out the disc and look at it--v4.31 means it's the old one).
For those that don't know, these updates can only be ordered from www.acuranavi.com and cost $185 + tax/shipping, so they aren't cheap.

Just got and installed the new black disc ('01-'02) today. Here's the version info:
v2.30 (old): -Database: 02.0403.08.051005.1401.01.00.00.02 -Software: 2.11.28 v2.40 (new): -Database: 02.0502.09.071306.1402.01.00.00.02 -Software: 2.11.29 The bolded number represents the date the POI/Map database was finalized, so v2.30 is from 05/10/05 and v2.40 is from 07/13/06. Hopefully that will help you decide if the update is worth it in your area. The software update is obviously very minor, if any. I didn't see any differences, and it might just be an incremental version because it is a new disc.

Just got and installed the new white disc (for '05-'07) in my '05 MDX today. Here's the version info:
v4.31C (old): -Database: 20050428 (04/28/05) -Software: 1.32.00 v4.55A (new): -Database: 20060502 (05/02/06) -Software: 1.57.00 The software update obviously changes some stuff on the '07s, but I don't think it has any effects on the '05-'06s as I haven't seen any differences.
