how much are people getting on trade-in for 2007 MDX?

I'd like to hear from anyone that has recently traded in their 2007 MDX - how much did you receive for it and what are your specs? in particular, i am interested in what someone like a carmax would pay cash for one. wondering if it is worth the drive into the city to get it appraised?

i have a 2007 mdx tech/sport/ent w/ 30k.
