TPMS light remains on
I had a flat last week and had to replace the tire. After the car is on for a little while the TPMS light on the right stays on (not the low pressure light). Is there something that the tire place forgot to reset?

to AW.Not sure on the Acuras, but on the Lexus there is a reset knob on the dash: Toyota, if it doesn't reset automatically, it's a trip to the Service Center. You did put the spare back in the trunk, right? On the Toyota's & Lexus, all 5 tires have the TPMS sensors in them and if all 5 don't report, you'll get an error light. Check your owner's manual for any guidance. ![]()

You shouldn't have to reset anything. Do you have the original tire back on after it has been fixed, or are you still using the spare? If it's the original, the tire place may not have installed the TPMS sensor correctly when they fixed the flat. Likewise, if you replaced it with a new tire they may have not done the install correctly.
