'06 TL broken into twice?!

I've done a search on this but can't find any info. I walked out into the parking lot at my work the other day to find my '06 TL broken into. They had obviously opened my door(s) with a remote device because there were no signs of any kind of forced entry. They went through all of my stuff and left the glove box and center console open. A co-worker of mine has a 2005 TL that also broken into that same day so someone is targeting TL's. Neither one of us had left our cars open and it would be too much of a coindidence that only the TL's were broken into with 50 other cars in the same lot.
Today I walked out in a parking lot after having lunch and my rear window was fully open (the other windows and sunroof were all closed so I didn't hit the remote by accident). I definitley did not leave the window open and I had 4 passengers in the car that also say I didn't leave it open.

I'm really worried about this because both parking lots are in the same area of Richmond, BC. I'm scared to take my car to work and leave anything it?

Has anyone heard of this and know what can be done to make the care more secure?

Sorry to hear that, and have not heard of anything around here. They may be using a "slim jim" to get in, or who knows , some universal type remote. In any case sounds like more of a professional job than just "some kids"
