Car 1: 1995 Acura Integra
1995 Integra electrical issue

I have a 1995 Integra with a wierd electrical problem. Here is a list of items that don't work.

Dome light
Electric antenna
Door open light stays on and then fades away after driving for a while
Wippers don't return properly
Intermittant wipers.

All these items started acting up at the same time. Is there a computer somewhere that runs all of this stuff or maybe a bad ground?

Any help would be appreciated.

Here is another description that I found on another site. I can't find any answers on where to look.

I am having some electrical problems. The rear defrost is not working, the antenna is not working, the dome lights and lights by the rear view mirror aren't working and the light on the dash that shows when a door is open is on and none of the doors are open. Also, when I change the dome light to either the on or off position rather that the position where it comes on when the door is opened, the light showing a door open goes off.

John

Seems like a lot of issues in unrelated systems. After some thought about this, there's only one point where they all seemingly interconnect.

For the heck of it, it might not be a bad idea to check for a water ingress issue behind the fuse box, located on the inside drivers side kick panel. We've replaced fuse boxes before for this issue, sometimes a tech would unbolt the fuse box to discover a lot of green furry corrosion, especially if there's a leaky door or window seal.
