Express Down & Up on '02 RL
 The Express Down & UP stopped working (DRIVERSIDE WINDOW) after (4) years of ownership??The switch still operates this window, the express function is gone & I do not feel the detent any more?? Any suggestions? Is this a warrenty item? Please Advise Jim Menei |

If the vehicle is still under factoty warranty, it is definitely covered. The only course of action here is to replace the switch.

Hi Tim,
I eventually found out the answer to my problem, I disconnected my battery & for some reason I have to reset the express doen & up function. This is accomplished by running the windoe up & hold the button up for 3 seconds & repeating the same for the down position. |

I just wanted to affirm JJMENEI's fix. I ran into the same problem as Tim and this resolved my problem as well! Thanks JJMENEI!
Gotta love these forums! Now I just gotta get rid of this car...
