To the Moderator
I need help identifying the radio code for my car. I have the NAV code which the dealership gave me during my last visit. But I don't have the radio code which I was told will only be identified after the technicians look from inside the radio itself. I don't know how true is this, and for some reason, the dealership only have the code for the NAV. I own a 05 RL which I bought certified pre owned. Is there any other way to get the Radio code without bringing the car in for the tech to look at? Thanks and any info is much appreciated.

Most dealer will not give you any code over the phone, but it doesn't hurt calling around, you'll need to get the serial number, and the vin number.
