Screeching noise with clutch

I own a 2005 TSX manual transmission and have had an ongoing problem with an intermittent screeching noise when I engage the clutch in first gear. It is most noticeable when the car is cold or when engaging the clutch on a hill. The sound lasts about 1-2 seconds. The gears switch smoothly. I have had our Acura dealership look it over two times and they have not fixed the problem. The noise never occurs when switching into higher gears. The car has 28K miles, and this problem has been occurring for at least 15-20K miles. Any suggestions??

Have they noticed the problem when you brought it in for service? And, if so, what was their conclusion?

I took it there once and was not able to reproduce the noise because the car had been driven (and already warmed up). \they suggested leaving the car overnight so that it could be tested "cold" the next morning. I have not done that yet. I was just wondering if this problem was a common one or part of a recall.
thanks

Have the same problem with mine right now! I hear screeching noise whenever I try to drive it on a hill. What could be causing the noise?

I'm having the same issues with mine (04'). Mostly when engaging the clutch on a hill, but it will make the noise whether it's warm or cold. The screeching noise has been happening for about the last 15k-20k. Any suggestions?

Nothing that I can recall. The dealership is correct, though.....they need to have the car under the same conditions as it occurs under in order to be able to replicate and diagnose.
