Tire Replacement

I was recently in a car accident and they had to replace my from passanger tire. I was always told you had to replace tires in pairs, however they only replaced the one front tire not both of them. They said as long as the tread on the other tire wasn't worn more than ......they didn't have to replace both tires. My car is an MDX with all wheel tires, about 2 yrs old.

Sounds about right. As long as there isn't a serious difference in tread depth, no need to worry.
