on the basis that they screwed you over and lied straiight to your face and that is no way to handle a customer, also it shows crappy ass customer service. and customer service is number 1- trust me i work at a damn jail and they always bring that crap up!

I'm not understanding your point. If you're talking about SpeedyChica, she has no basis for a complaint because her car got fixed. If you're talking about my scenario of a Ford dealership, good luck with that. I used to work at a Ford/Jaguar franchise, and I've seen it.

i didnt get the tranny part but i think whioebver had the prob with the bulb and headlight thing shold so atleast it wont happen to any one else!
