90 Legend LS will not start

I recently purchased a 1990 Legend LS (first time Acura owner)I ripped out all the carpet and seats and when I was reinstalling the new carpet I had to disconnect the Alarm box under the drivers seat and now it will not start.I did not receive a remote with the car only a single key.All the dash lights light up and all accessories work but when you turn the key all the way to turn the engine ---nothing ,I hear the what I believe is the starter relay to click on passenger side floor board above foot level to click.The ECU only flashes once just for a second when you turn on the key. I have also pulled the fuse under the hood to reset the ECU.I found some info on alldatapro.com but I cannot find wiring diagrams to either bypass the alarm or better yet to reset the alarm.Can you help????????????????

If you hear clicks, means bad connection. Start at your battery terminal and check to see if the terminals are either loose or corroded,
