i understand a g1 has a cable clutch
when the car is stitting still the with the clutch out it makes a noise like its rubbing or grinding on something and when you press it down the noise goes away. does it have to be adjusted or something. other than that it feels fine.

another question.
when i first start to roll if i lert the clutch out quickly it seems to shudder before t moves. its hard to explain but it feels like a bunch of play in the drivetrain. any ideas

also how hard is it to replace a tierod?

a clutch on a g1 is a hydraulic you might want to check the slave cylinder.

yeah i just found that out .... i suppose it could be through out bearing. idk
