Some Questions Regarding a 1989 Legend LS
This car is an automatic. I was wondering how hard it would be to change the shifter to a, different shifter, preferibly something more sporty like. Also, how hard is it to install a remote keyless entry and remote start system in my car by myself? Ive heard of these chips that increase performance to your car, do they work? Thanks.

Changing the shifter ....not a chance. It's pretty Acura-Legend specific. The only chance for a replacement would be something made by Acura. I know they offered burl-wood autoshifter handles for later models, but not for G1's.
A dyi remote keyless / remote start system is a possibility ...you can get them for less than $200 ...some less than $100. Check this out: http://www.catchacallonline.com/aurecarst.html. Those performance chips? total rip-off |
