tranny help please

i have a weird problem, hopefully i can get some help.

i've done a 3x flush.
on the last drain and refill i added the lubegard.

now what it does is if the gas is steady it won't slip.
if it does slip then once it gets to 3,000rpms it pulls.
at lower rpms it kinda pulls but higher rpms it pulls like it should.

plus when it shifts into 4th the shift is firm.
i was reading and come to find out the lubegard basically thickens the fluid.

reverse works but kinda slips.
in fact it works when it's cold.

also it seems the trans like the trans tune.
so is it fine to add the trans tune or should i drain the fluid then refill and add trantune??
