Where's The Relay?

I have two Legends -- a 1988 and a 1990. Both sometimes fail to start when warm, and I've been told it's a relay (fuel pump relay? or main relay?)
Where is this relay located? Can it be a DIY job?

It's up, behind the panel under your steering wheel. Pretty easy to access, compared to the Accord way up on the left kick panel.

You can probably carefully break it open and resolder the relay contacts.
