Leather GB for August ????? - Acura Forum

I would like to know if anyone here is planning to get on the GB for leather seats ? I emailed Mike D and he informed me that they need 4 more peeps to get aboard so we can make 10. AL forum is still down and getting in touch with forum members is a problem
I really hope we can get this thing moving. Thanks

If we get 15 ppl then its a 10% discount.

For reference, we're looking at $579 plus $25 for
shipping for a full leather kit, including free
embroidery on the front seats, free two tone
leather, the door leather, the center consoles
(front and back), both front seats and the rear
seat. This is if we get to 10. If we get over 15,
I'm going to ask Jeremy for a slightly higher
discount.

By the way, I want mine with FULL leathers in the back seat, NOT JUST the inserts. I know that it adds to the cost by $ 100 - 150 before the applied discount. This is for a gen1 coupe.

I'm sorry for not following Acuraworld.com rules I was not aware of the situation here. I was only attempting to get some info on the GB from the down AL forum members that hang out here. I just thought that I could start a discussion on this GB while AL forum was down .

wuts the diff between the "full leathers" and the inserts? cuz i dont want sum shitty lil cover over my seats i want brand new lookin leather.

The inserts are the portions interior to the seat bottom and back where you actually sit on - typically the second tone of the two toned seats, and / or the portion that can be gotten either gathered or flat. According to both leatherseats.com and autoleathers.com, this is the only portion that is leather on the back seats. The headrests, the armrest, and the bolster portions on the seat bottom and sides are NOT leather. (And neither are the door inserts that they provide.) When you pay the extra for full leather, all of that then gets covered in leather (though I think the door inserts are still vinyl).

The vinyl they use matches the leather very well, so it'll be hard to tell the difference. I just want full leathers in the back because the OEM came with full leathers in the back.

well i only need new leather on the front of the seats, not on the back, and i dont need new head rest leather or the arm rest in the back. this is so confusing, and then how do u install it???
