Reduce weight on Legend 95

I was told that if I get carbon fiber hood it would reduce the weight on my legend. I was wondering if there anything else that will help me reduce weight on my car?
If I take a/c compressor but that would sux cuz I live in texas and it is always HOT down here. If anyone knows get at me?

Thanks!

The A/C compressor is only about 25lbs so I wouldn't take it off. Otherwise the heaviest stuff to get rid of is the seats, if you don't haul people around Of course the easiest is to make sure you don't have a trunk full of crap, just spare with jack and tools.

yup. seats, power steering, ac, spare tire and jack, sound deadening stuff. carpet, carbon fiber hood, and trunk.

the best though is buying lightweight smaller wheels

Cf hood/trunk, lighter rims
That all I could think of, I wouldn't drive around without a spare tire, and since is summer I would leave my a/c there as well.

And don't carry junk in the trunk, like ari_one said.

how much weight would be taken off from rear seat removal, and how do you take off the backrest? I tried once, but I couldn't find the bolts.
