2010 RDX break issue

Hi guys,

There is a grinding sound coming from the passenger side front break when the break is applied. There is a that low pads sound coming from the same break as well. Its a 2010 RDX. I changed the pads and caliper twice but after a couple of weeks the same issue.
The one thing that is puzzling me is, there seems to be allot of stress (indentation) on the bottom of the caliper where the bottom on the pad sits.

This is my wife's car, she took it to several mechanics and spent a bunch of money on trying to fix this issue.

I was wondering if anyone came across this issue as well or can recommend a way to fix this.

Thanks,
Rad

Watch out for the sound. But there are a lot of sounds that represent different phenomenons. My toyota rush 2019 once had the flapping sound which really concerned me. Grinding sound. Is it likely a failing constant-velocity joint on a front-wheel-drive car?

This is not your Tesla!
