Red face new 2020 RDX leather seats

I purchased a new 2020 RDX 3 weeks ago. I have had not issues until I had my mom rode with me for 1 hour (first time someone rode in passenger seat). I noticed 2 inch creases on the side of the passenger seat. It looks like it has been worn down for 2-3 years already not one hour. I am hearing mixed comments that it is normal or it is not normal because still new. Is this normal? My driver seat is smooth with no creases. Should I take it to the dealership to be looked at?

The side bolster material is typically not leather. Honda/Acura and most auto manufacturers specify "leather seating surface's"

I doubt there is much they will do here. Im not sure I'd even want a dealer to attempt to recover a seat in any case. I would take it to the dealer and discuss the issue though?
