Guys, when you are a Two-Time AW Fantasy Football Champ, like myself, you come to realize how unstoppable and, by default, how much better you are at sports and fitness than everyone else.

I coached a great team this year that lead me into victory, triumphant victory that has put me in a league of my own.

So crack open a Bud Light, here's to you Mr. Two-Time-AcuraWorld-Fantasy-Football-Champion!

I use an App I found on the Android Market (for free) called, "My Fitness".

It asked my age, height, current weight and my activity level; then it generates the calorie intake I should shoot for everyday in order to loss weight just based off of what I eat. You can also record activities and it will tell you about how many calories you have burned.

I try to go to bed every night after my run and shower banking at least 200-300 calories...

I also have an app called "My Tracks" that records your run, gives you speed, distance traveled, elevation changes, and pulls up a google map you can share with everyone of your route, etc. another great tool to help let you know and stay on track...

I sound like an infomercial

I have a cheap phone that doesn't do apps. Well if it does I don't have internet on it. Sounds cool though. We did go out to the internet and calculate what calories I should have a day to lose weight so going by that.

Its better than nothing that's for sure... one thing it def opens your eyes to just how many calories you take in a day without even noticing... I used to consume a LOT of calories (thinking I was being healthy) so I'm glad to be able to realize what I'm putting in and what I'm burning off.

I was getting too many calories just by eating too much at meals. I'm doing good though and not hungry doing 1500 max. I usually have around 1300 on average. when I was 40 and grained weight and went on weight watchers online I felt like I was starving all the time at first.
