Introduction & I just maxed out
I just wanted to introduce myself to the Sports, Fitness forum. Its crazy but actually being involved in sports, fitness and outdoor adventure I have never read a single thread in this forum. So I wanted to say that has come to an end!
For the first time since March 1st I lifted a weight and I think for the first time in my life I lifted for my max weight. I did 185 on the bench, I think I maybe could have done 5 or 10 more lbs. But wow I was suprised at my strenght since I have never lifted regularly before. I do wrestle in college so that helps my strenght. Putting up 185 is OK since I weigh 175 - the crazy thing is that I am weaker than I used to be, when I weighed 157 from Nov - Feb. Probabbly back then I could have put up >200 - since I was in shape.
So I'm just checking in and telling you where I'm at (although honeslty I didn't stay in shape for the last 2 months and I probabbly won't start back up until next fall.)
Other stuff I do as hobbys: Wiffleball, Tennis, Rock Climb, and Ball.
