6 1/2 or 5 1/4...

I have an Acura Tl-S 2002... I'm wondering what the more appropriate speaker size is... Any info would be appreciated.. thanks.

its ahrd to fit a true 6 1/2 in our cars usually they take a 6" ok, and a 6 1/2 with slight modifications

well i used 7" cerwin vega and it works ok,it only need a spacer and it should fit

5 1/4 fits easily...anything up to a 6 usually works alright...of course depending on the speaker depth...it may interfere with your windows. Above 6 and you will probably need a small spacer. I'm going to probably either put a small spacer on my JL's or modify the door itself bro.

what are the # of depth in order to fit in our car?? and what do you guy recomend as far a speaker brand go?? also is all 4 of our front and rear speak are the same size or different??
