Toronto, Ontario - Seven world premieres, five North American premieres, and forty-five Canadian debuts will be shown at the 2003 Canadian International AutoShow in February. The vehicles will first be revealed to the press on February 12th, 2003.

The Canadian International Auto Show is now officially recognized as an international auto show, joining Detroit, Tokyo, Paris, Frankfurt and Geneva.

ACURA
2004 Acura TSX (Canadian Premiere) The big news from Acura is the Canadian debut in Toronto of an all-new Acura sports sedan. Set to go on sale Spring 2003, this new vehicle will be equipped with a high-performance i-VTEC engine, a race-bred suspension, 17-inch wheels and tires, and a driver-oriented cockpit.

AUDI
Audi A8 L (Canadian Premiere) As Audi's flagship model, the A8 L exemplifies sporting character, clear design, innovative technology and superlative quality. Behind the wheel, A8 L owners will experience driving the most sporty of luxury sedans, with quattro® permanent all-wheel drive system and powerful 4.2-litre V8 engine.

Audi S4 (Canadian Premiere) comes standard with a throaty 4.2-liter V8 engine, providing greater power for driving enthusiasts who seek high-performance, pulse-quickening, sports sedans with five-passenger functionality. The five-valve-per-cylinder powerplant is one of Audi's new-generation V8s, and includes a repositioned chain in the rear of the engine to employ V8 power while maintaining the S4's sleek body style. The 2004 S4's engine the most powerful S4 ever produces 340 horsepower at 7,000 revolutions per minute and has 302 lbs. ft. of torque at 3,500 rpm.

BMW
2004 BMW 3 Series Coupé and Cabriolet (Canadian Premiere) Both received a comprehensive update available in 2004. Longer, wider and lower, the 2004 3 Series coupé looks even more powerful and dynamic, with a broader kidney grille, modified powerdome on the hood and new headlight and rear light technology. The BMW 3 Series cabriolet continues this trend with the additional introduction of wider C-pillars and a more muscular rear end, leading to an increased athletic appearance overall. Both models will also be available with optional adaptive headlights and will come standard with adaptive brakelight technology. The 330Ci coupe and cabriolet will be equipped with a standard 6-speed manual transmission, with an optional 5 speed automatic with STEPTRONIC.

DAIMLER CHRYSLER
2004 Chrysler Pacifica (Canadian Premiere) is the production version of the vehicle that was announced at last year's CIAS. It will be built at Windsor Assembly Plant and available for sale in March, 2003. This segment-busting vehicle is another example of Chrysler taking a concept vehicle to reality. The sports-tourer features seating for six people in three rows. Initially available with all-wheel drive, it is powered by the 250 horsepower, 3.5-litre V6 engine from the 300M.

FORD
