Where are these located? Is the PCV Valve located on the valve cover?

EGR is located directly above the oil fill cap off the IM... pretty sure thats where it is on a B20...

PCV is in the IM right before it mounts to the engine and has a hose connecting it to the top of the IM..

its not on the Valve cover.

I wonder, there is a hose that runs from the intake manifold to the valve cover. At the end of this hose, there is something that looks like a PCV valve that goes directly into the valve cover. What is this?

This isn't my engine, but you'll see what I am referring to. It is in the top center portion of the valve cover.

Well the valve is a dealership item... if you're talking about the gasket for the valve then you can get that at a parts store...5$ max.. i did mine about 2 years ago, its not going to "help" you in the way of performance.. its an emissions device that helps automatics get better gas millage so as far as felling any difference you wont, but you may notice you are getting better mpg..

What i suggest is get a new gasket ( you may have to scrap the old one off)
clean the passages for the EGR valve... If you aren't getting an engine light saying the EGR is messed then i wouldn't replace it, just clean it.
