03' MDX: switching to LED interior bulbs. suggestions?

Looking to swap out my interior bulb in my 03'.

Would like something more bright and more true white.

eBay is flooded with interior LED bulbs.

Can anyone tell me if their will be a fitting issue? The LED bulbs looks larger and I'm concerned one I might buy might be to bulky and not fit.

What's a good brand to go with. It seems like there are 2000+ brands . Ranging from $4-$90 ( well maybe not $90 but thats just an example ).

I would like to do more interior door lights.
Overhead dome lights ( that come on when you open car ).
Maybe map light.
And def. the light in the back after lifting the tailgate.
And license plate light as well...
