Your clock malfunction is shared by many owners of that vintage Acura. My 2002 TL has the same issue, and Acura Honda is aware of our plight. Call Acura Honda customer care (800.382.2238, the sub-key choice when I called some months ago was 6), and the agent should offer to send you a DVD with updated code to install in your Navi. Check what your Navi DVD version number is before you call (e.g. 2.90, they need to know that). That number is on your current map DVD. The DVD they send will come with printed instructions on how to apply patch.
