Well after everything, I finally got it fixed! They took it for a few days trying different things. It finally came down to 2 things that helped. 1st, they switched out my EGS from a brand new one onto mine. That fixed a good chunk of it, but not all of it. It was still doing it from a stop to accelerate. So then they did a complete flush on the transmission fluid 2-3 times. The completely drained, filled up, drained, filled up, etc. After that, it was cured. I hope I'm not speaking too soon though. I have had it back for a few days now and it seems to be working fine without any problems. They said maybe that's a warning sign for the tranny fluid but it started doing this around 35k miles, and they aren't due for anything until usually around 50k-70k miles. Oh well. I'm going to keep an eye on it the best I can. It's my wife's car so I don't drive it that much. It kinda sucks but if this is the worst of it, I guess I'll be alright. If any other stuff wants to start coming up again, I may be switching to Lexus. That's about the only 2 I would drive besides maybe an Audi(about the only German car I would own). I'll keep posted if anything else comes up, but I figured I would put this up. They had to send some specialist down to work on it, and all the forums and research I had done (including my family who own a shop) found only the same issue I had, but no solutions. Hopefully this will help someone else to maybe turn the dealer onto it.
