I tried that on my Vigor's rad -- tried three different kinds of epoxy -- and the leak broke through every time. Had to replace the rad.

It might, but I never heard of a main relay causing a car to die. They generally cause it not to start.

When it dies while running, the usual culprit is the ignition switch.

Vigors have two common areas for oil leaks: (1) the distributor O-rings. Oil will leak past the O-rings and drip onto the exhaust manifold....
