Hope im posting this in the right place, if not please move. I just picked up a 2004 TL for my Son. Its the non Navi radio. I can turn the radio all the way up to 40 and its not even close to loud, plus there is no Bass or Treble, just flat tone. What could be the issue here? Please help, trying to make sure everythings working properly before I give it to him.

Maybe someone can point me in the right direction or post... From what ive read it may be the amp but i want to be sure before I start throwing money at it. Is there an upgrade available? Please help, again, its for my son.
