I decided it's time to replace the water pump and belt since I have over 120k miles on 2004 Acura TSX. Anything else I should replace while I have the water pump and belt out, like seals, tensioners, etc.,? I know it's a timing chain, so that can be reused.

Belt tensioner and I think there's an idler pulley as well that should be changed out. I take it that you're around the 105k mark. You'll also probably want to do the spark plugs as well if you're at that mileage.
