My Acura 08 MDX in Aspen White Pearl seems to have mismatched bumpers. I bought it from a dealer as an Acura certified used car. They did not mention anything about the car or bumpers being repainted previously.

Outdoors I can't tell much of a difference. Indoors in the garage however, the rear bumper in particular is defintely somewhat more yellow than the rest of the vehicle /tailgate. The front bumper is also slightly off as well but not nearly as noticeable.

Can an Acura Certified Used car get body work and a paint job without notification/disclosure to a buyer?

Should i go to the dealer and have them address this?

live with it?

any advice or suggestions are welcome.

Chances are it is the original paint. Bumper covers rarely match perfectly, especially the white ones. Look carefully at new cars on the lot and you'll see lots of mismatches. The covers are painted separately from the car, likely using a different batch of paint, and some colors are particularly prone to variations.

That said, your bumper cover could have been repainted for many minor reasons, such as a scuff or scratch, and I would not think a dealer would be required to tell you since it is such a common occurrence. Bottom line...many cars come right from the factory with this cosmetic defect and most people live with it.
