2005 acura tl dash lights will not turn on after trying to replace them to LED lights

I took apart the dashboard on my 2005 Acura TL. Once everything was removed while taking out old light to new LED the whole panel just turned off. We checked the wiring and the fuse was not blown so i am clueless on why the panel just turned off and wont turn back on.
