Heya, first post on this forum site.
I recently got a 2005 TL and the Navigation+Radio doesn't work.
I know the navigation is getting power, the backlight on the LCD is powering on, just nothing pops up.
The radio acts as if there is no power running through it, however the Anti-Theft light blinks normally.
I swapped out the navi and radio from a friend that had a 2006 TL, the same issue occurred.
We haven't tried swapping out the DVD drive from the back (it does seem to work, ejects and takes the navi disk no problem) but idk if I would be wasting my time with that.
Every fuse in the cabin works, and is of proper amperage.
Any advice to help me reach into the right direction?

have you checked both radio and backup fuses not just look at them? the radio should work regardless of navigation system when you press the left knob the word CODE should be on the top sub panel enter the 5 digit radio code it should fix the radio. the navigation if you verify power to the trunk unit (small black plug) look for aftermarket installation cutting of the RGB wires as this is where people hookup video in ,backup camera etc.
