My RES is not working. The head unit is working, the overhead screen has power, but it shows no video. Dealer recommended replacing the Controller, and then if that doesn't work, the screen. That option is quite expensive...
Do you know if the RES overhead console from a 2004 will work in a 2006. The '04 display assembly is a P/N 39460-S3V-A01ZD, and the '06 calls for a 39460-S3V-A11ZA.
The sub-parts in the display assembly all match, except the '04 does not list a controller separately, and the '06 does.
Some used auto parts sites list a common part for '02 thru '06 model years.
