I would look up the value of installing or rebuild engine and subtract that from the blue book value. The labor cost for the fix will vary depending if you sell to a DYI person.

I have a 2008 Acura TL 3.2 l and the timing belt broke and the valves are bent what is the car worth in this condition any ideas I can't find anything to reference to anywhere
It's not worth much. How many miles are on the car? The damage is likely a good deal.more than a few bent valves. Very likely you also have cam & follower damage and piston damage. Maybe con rod damage. The engine is really just scrap.

The residual value is highly dependant on mileage and condition, but likely <$2000 unless the car is in remarkable condition and very low miles.
