Probably the heater circuit in the throttle body, or carboned up throttle body. Pretty common on Honda type cars with mileage. You can try this. Pull the air piping off the throttle body, you will see a very small hole in front of the butterfly. Looking into the throttle body, usually at the bottom, in front of the butterfly. Use throttle body cleaner with the small spray tube and spray the cleaner in the hole, spraying a little at a time. U may have to manually rev it up so it doesn’t stall. Then spray the cleaner into and around the side of the throttle body butterfly.
